How do we turn waste into granulate?

Thanks to large-scale high-tech investments, Poligroup holds a leading position at the international level, having processed over 100,000 tons of polyethylene waste over the past 13 years.

Dedicated waste recycling technologies

The recycled bags market is dynamic, with the demand for quality production being very high. In order to manufacture flawless products, it is necessary that the original raw material for their manufacture is flawless as well. That is why we insist that our granulate has excellent specifications.

We use the implemented 2 recycling installations, consisting of Herbold and Erema machines to make it. We use the manufactured granulate in our own subsequent products, and also offer it as a finished product, guaranteeing our contractors higher performance of their final products.
 
We work in a continuous process, turning large quantities of raw materials from external suppliers into environmentally friendly products. This way, we actively support the reduction of the amount of landfilled waste. We also recycle our own technological waste from our other manufacturing lines into granulate.

Water and other resources saving solutions

In order to make an even better contribution to environmental protection, we are investing in more specialized solutions. Among them are two iWat water treatment plants, which allow multiple use of the same water volume, thus minimizing the need to use fresh water.
 
Additionally, the consumption of another natural resource – energy – has been reduced, as our own PV plant capacity is also used to power the energy-efficient machines. This ensures cost-effective and high-quality products at affordable and attractive prices, and the company makes a significant contribution to a greener future.
