An employees’ dormitory with covered utility bills awaits new Poligroup teammates

In September 2024, Poligroup took a strategic step in something very important for its development: securing a qualified team of loyal long-term employees. To make it easier to secure this important factor, the company invested in its own employees’ dormitory. The building is located near the manufacturing facility, and is fully equipped is already home to many people who have decided to develop in the internationally established company.

 Like many other companies, Poligroup is also experiencing difficulties precisely with the formation of a stable complete and professional team, which constantly needs to be replenished due to the operations expansion. Finding trusted, loyal, and motivated employees locally is proving to be a challenge, which the dormitory is already helping to overcome. The goal is to attract employees from other cities and countries, with the prepared accommodation conditions being a plus in favor of the company as a trusted employer.

Everyone who chooses to be part of the company's team and live in the provided housing does not pay rent, nor utility bills and commuting. A kitchen is available, as well as other necessary household amenities, so that people can be accommodated comfortably. The desire is to attract them as long-term employees, as the company shows care for them from the very beginning of their employment. The building's capacity is for 80 people and a large part of it is already occupied.
