Using the implemented installation for washing films before recycling Herbold and a recycling installation for film Erema, we recycle waste polyethylene. Thus we increase our production capacity, optimize our production costs and improve the quality of the produced articles, which increases the degree of “closed production cycle” and reduces the cost price of the finished product.


The company has 10 monolayer and 2 double-layer extrusion installations. Four high-tech installations for three-layer extrusion – 2 Hosokawa Alpine and 2 Raifenhauser were put into operation. With them our company can produce a very wide range of products of excellent quality.


Flexo printing is performed on Windmöller & Hölscher and Bonardi lines with a central drum. Front-back print capability up to 6 colors, 3 + 3, 4 + 2, 5 + 1 colors with a maximum print width of 1200mm.


The company has 13 converting machines, of which: 4 for bags on roll, 4 for draw-tape bags on roll, 3 of them are interleaved, 4 for flat bags, one of which is with cross-corner sealing and capability for macro perforation, 1 converting machine from roll to roll with cross-corner sealing, 1 converting line for “star-seal” bags, “t-shirt” bags and “wave top“ bags, three of our converting lines have inline printing capability.

These different types of machines give us flexibility, wide range and fast execution times of the final product.
